Antoni Porowski's Dramatic Buzz Cut Throws Instagram Into a Thirst Fit

If you don't spend the majority of your Queer Eye viewings swooning over Antoni Porokwsi, I don't believe you. The Fab Five are an overwhelmingly good-looking group of people as a whole, but it's kind of hard not to hone in on that stupid-handsome face… And those chiseled biceps, always poking out of a The Strokes T-shirt with the sleeves rolled up while he slices avocados into a meal that is far too elaborate for a grown man who can barely shop for groceries on his own. Then there's his dark, wavy hair, which he's taken to wearing in messy, greaser-style hairdos in recent seasons. Ugh.

Sadly to say, the latter of Porowski's most-beloved features has left the building. On July 26, the show's food and wine expert revealed to Instagram that he got a haircut — a very drastic one. "Number of times I almost put food through my mask: 3," Porowski captioned a photo of himself seated outside at a restaurant with a mask on. Though it's fantastic that someone with more than 4 million followers is promoting responsible health habits, one major detail ripped the attention away from the mask: his fully buzzed head.

You will not be surprised to hear that a massive thirst storm is brewing in the comment section of this post. Porowksi's hair might be a national treasure in and of itself, but folks are totally OK with its disappearance if photos like these are the result. "YO! This is H.O.T.," reads one of the top comments on the post. Another one reads, "b u z z c u t I'm sweating" — extremely same. I think this comment pretty much sums it up, though: "I've deceased."

As someone who writes about celebrity haircuts a lot, I can attest that the reaction is usually not this positive (for men especially). But leave it to Porowski to leave everyone absolutely parched just because he shaved his head. But anyway, um, back to those arms…
