Angers SD Larcier confident of retaining Rayan Ait-Nouri this summer

Speaking in an interview with Ouest-France, Ligue 1 side Angers’ Sporting Director Sébastien Larcier commented on the future of 18-year-old left-back Rayan Aït Nouri, who recently signed an extension with Le SCO until 2023.

“It is the first time in the world of football that we are living in such a situation. It is difficult to know how big clubs will react, who could be susceptible to spending big sums of money on transfers. Before COVID-19, it would have been difficult to keep him. With the new world order, I think the cards have been reshuffled.”
