After a stunning display against Arsenal, the Spain goalkeeper is not a surprise inclusion in the squad
Anyone who watched Manchester United’s victory over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium last weekend will not be surprised to learn that David de Gea has been selected in the FIFA 18 Team of the Week.
The Spain shot-stopper made an incredible 14 saves and was only breached once by the Gunners, while team-mate Ashley Young is also in the panel as a left wing-back.
Indeed, the team is packed with Premier League stars this week, as Wayne Rooney makes the cut after a stunning hat-trick for Everton against West Ham.
Mesut Ozil and Philippe Coutinho are also in the group, and will provide great creativity in the squad. They are supplemented by Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman, who has exploded into life in recent times.
