WWE Cruiserweight Classic Injury Notes From Thursday's Tapings

Mustafa Ali may have suffered a neck injury during his WWE Cruiserweight Classic match against Lince Dorado on Thursday evening.

Additionally, it is believed that another injury may have happened in the Tony Nese vs. Anthony Bennett match, which is scheduled to air on July 27th. The finish of the match saw the referee stop Nese from doing a move, only to check on Bennett’s knee. He then gave the “OK” to Nese to execute the finishing sequence.

Trainers checked on Bennett again after the match, and helped him to the back.
