Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar has played down the transfer links with Real Madrid and insisted he is focused on the World Cup with Brazil.
As reported by Goal, the 26-year-old has made it clear to PSG that he wants to join the Champions League winners in the summer .
He does, however, face resistance from the Ligue 1 side, who are desperate to keep their star man who they only signed from Barcelona in 2017.

Neymar’s agent Pini Zahavi met with Madrid president Florentino Perez on May 13 although PSG remain confident the forward, who is contracted to 2022, will stay put.
The former Barca star dropped a hint that he could be interested in joining Manchester City, admitting that he would like to work with Pep Guardiola one day.
It is, however, Madrid who are the favourites to land the forward but he says he’s focused on Brazil ahead of the showpiece tournament in Russia.
“The focus is now on the Brazilian team,” he told reporters.
“They are talking nonsense. It’s not worth answering.”
Neymar scored 28 goals for PSG in his first campaign with the French giants, who won Ligue 1, the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue.
The Brazil international, who missed a chunk of the 2017-18 campaign due to a foot injury, has resumed training but has suggested he is not yet at 100 per cent, with the World Cup just three weeks away.
