Nîmes interested in signing Niclas Eliasson from Bristol City

L’Équipe report that Ligue 1 side Nîmes want to sign 24-year-old Swedish winger Niclas Eliasson from Championship club Bristol City.

However, there is considerable competition for his signature – Aston Villa also have him on their shortlist.

Eliasson has 12 months remaining on his current contract with Bristol City, who have offered him a contract extension.

Last season, Eliasson scored three goals and provided 12 assists in 37 Championship matches.
